Sponge cake with peaches and kiwi
Summer cake with fresh fruit (but you can with canned fruit).

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cream

  • Nectarine

    2 piece

  • Kiwi

    2 piece

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Juice

    400 ml

To prepare the dough, put in shape and bake in the oven at 200* until Golden brown. After the cool.

Whip the cream with the vanilla, brush the finished cake (leave a little for the edges). Chop the fruits and put them on the cream.

350 ml of juice (I had Apple) to supply kastryulka and bring to boil, in a Cup to dilute the remaining juice with the starch and add to boiling juice, stirring well. Pour this cake and put in refrigerator. When hardens, remove the circle and brush the edges of the cake remaining cream.
