Cookies with poppy seeds in the batter
Biscuits with poppy seeds coconut milk in the breading of breadcrumbs.

Ingredients

  • Coconut milk

    60 ml

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Sugar

    65 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Mac

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    210 g

  • Bread crumbs

    25 g

Put the yolk in a bowl and mash with a fork with sugar. The butter melted in the microwave and poured in the yolk.

Poured the coconut milk into the yolk-oil mixture. Poppy pastry, very small, filled with boiling water. In a bowl with the ingredients, sifted the flour, put salt, baking powder and stirred the dough. Bowls of Mac poured the water, and Mack poured in the batter.

The dough is well mixed. Dried crusts of the loaf shredded in the blender bowl and the resulting bread crumbs poured into a separate bowl. Tearing off small pieces of dough, rolled up balls a little less than a walnut. Balls rolled in bread crumbs and laid them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Since I love baking little dried, instead of 15, bake cookies 20 minutes. The shell is crisp and crumbly in the middle.

Cookies in the rift. Mac almost is not felt. Felt a bit small grains. The texture is reminiscent of gingerbread. Really liked the breading.
