Cooking
The third type of cheese is the cheese in blocks. It's dry without serum.
For consistency it is homogeneous. From such a curd are very good at pie-Zebra.
Let's get to cooking. Eggs, sugar, vanilla and cheese mix with a mixer. The resulting mixture should have a creamy consistency.
Divide cheese into 2 equal parts. One of these, add 2 teaspoons of berry puree (I puree blackcurrant).

For beauty you can hold a toothpick on the surface creating a pattern. Bake 50 minutes at 180°C.
