Strawberry souffle

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    400 g

  • Gelatin

    30 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Coconut shavings

    2 g

Defrost the strawberries, drain off the juice.

Soak gelatin in water for 10 minutes.

Strawberries grind in a blender to a smooth puree.

Pour the soufflé into a glass form. If You have a silicone or metal, line it first with parchment. Put in the fridge for 2 hours. Our creamy strawberry souffle is ready! It is incredibly fragrant and tasty!)) When serving you can sprinkle with coconut flakes or melted chocolate, or decorate with fresh berries. If You want a more sophisticated version of this dessert, bake the cake according to the size of Your forms and pour the soufflé on it - you will get cake!
