Dessert Pavlova with tangerine cream
Delicious tangerine and cheese cream framed crunchy "bundles" of meringue!

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    75 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Ricotta

    250 g

  • Mandarin

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Cranberries

Chilled whites whisk, gradually adding the sugar about 10-15 minutes, until the meringue will not become stiff. It should stay on the whisk, add the lemon juice and whisk again

Using a pastry bag in a spiral form the bottom and sides of pastry. Place in the oven at a temperature of 70 degrees. Dry in convection mode for about 1 hour. The color should remain white, and the meringue must dry and become solid
