Salmon sauce
The least trouble.... the maximum pleasure!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Parsley

  • Black pepper

    5 piece

  • Lemon juice

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt

Fish cut into portions

Folded in a large pan (so the fish were placed in one row), pour hot water so that the water was higher in fish at 3 cm, add onion, black pepper peas, Bay leaf and salt. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

To make the sauce: eggs grate on a coarse grater, add the parsley. Salt.

Melt the butter, add the eggs with the parsley, lemon juice to taste. Mix well. I added a couple of soup ladles of the water in which cooked fish (broth).

Fish spread, cover with the sauce. Garnish well served boiled rice.
