Well, how else would be fun? Husband ordered fried flounder ("you Want how to Perestroika" :) ), but I just skuuuuchno: well, flounder... well, fried... That's contrived with oranges, too, nothing happened - as they say, with a light citrus touch :)

Cooking
Clean flounder, cut the tails, heads and fins, cut into easy to fry pieces, wash, sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Onion cut into half rings. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the fish between the pieces of fish put the onion. First, fry the fish for 2-3 minutes on the dark side, then turn over and another couple of minutes on the light side. Watch that the onions do not burn; folding seared fish. A new batch of fish added new bow.
Whole fish fried... return it back to pan, pour orange juice (I used and orange slices thrown), close the lid and Mahalingam heat fish let it cook gently for 10 minutes.
Now EVERYTHING! Served with boiled potatoes, pour the resulting sauce.
