Korean pancakes with green onions
The main food of Koreans is rice. The question "How are you?" in Korean literally means "have You eaten rice today?" For Koreans it is an integral part of the table, like bread for many European peoples. Korean cuisine has a lot in common with the other two most significant Oriental caterers — Chinese and Japanese. Traditionally served with Korean table includes a large number of bowls, plates and cups. Observed careful rules a few centuries ago. The majority of Korean cuisine is very specific, but there are very simple, tasty dishes that we will like.

Ingredients

  • Rice flour

    75 g

  • Flour

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    225 ml

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Green onions

  • Salt

Mix rice and wheat flour. If you don't have rice flour, you can grind the same amount of rice. Add salt. Mix the dry ingredients.

Lightly beat the egg, add the flour.

Gradually, in small portions, you enter the water, carefully stir with a whisk to avoid lumps.

Then add sesame oil. And leave for 30-40 minutes.

Now for the onions. Feathers cut in half, and then everyone else is in 4 parts.

Heat in a pan 1 tbsp oil, throw 1/3 of the onions and pour 1/3 of the dough. Cover with a lid and leave for 5-6 minutes. Then turn over and fry under the lid for 3 more minutes. Then remove the lid and fry for another 2 minutes.

You can eat it and so! Very tasty! Husband at dinner ate all of instead of bread!!!
