Cheesecake with cherries
Love cakes with cherries. I'm sure You, like me, made a supply of fresh cherries in the freezer. So nothing keeps us from cooking a juicy pie with berries. I'm sure You will love it!

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    500 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    2 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Potato starch

    50 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Get the cherries out of the freezer and leave it in a colander at room temperature to fully defrost.

Prepare products for the dough: flour, soda, brown sugar, butter, egg.

Knead the dough, form a ball from it.

Put the bulb in a plastic bag and put in fridge.

Let's prepare the filling. Grate the zest from 1 lemon.

Pour it into the curd.

Add the vanilla and cinnamon.

Add starch, soda.

And the brown sugar.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Put the egg yolks in the filling.

Whisk whites with a pinch of salt in a solid foam.

Add the cherries to the cheese, stir.

Now gently add in the stuffing beaten egg whites and gently stir.

Detachable mould, cover the bottom with paper and grease with butter.

Distributed in form the dough, making bumpers.

Spread the cottage cheese filling. Put in oven 180 degrees and bake for approximately 50 minutes. Than the fire will be less, the better will be baked filling.

Carefully remove the marginalia of the form and sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
