Cherry sorbet
Cold, delicate, juicy, fragrant and... slightly alcoholic dessert - a hot, sultry day!

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    800 g

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Pink semi-dry wine

    100 ml

Here's our berry - probably the most complicated step is to get the seeds

Break the cherries into the blender.

Add the sugar and stir until the crystals are gone.

And pour the wine and mix everything thoroughly and put into the freezer.

Every hour (about 2-3 times total) take a whisk and egged on by our sorbet, to obtain a homogeneous and air.

When the sorbet hardens blend yourself 2-3 ball and cooled down.
