Banana dessert with currants
Delicious creamy banana dessert with black currants. This dessert needs to please the symbol, the Monkey, and all your guests) moreover, for its preparation you will need a maximum of 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    3 piece

  • Brown sugar

    0.7 cup

  • Cream

    350 ml

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Orange juice

  • Black currants

To prepare this dessert, I used brown cane sugar Demerara from TM Mistral

Gelatin pour milk and leave for 5 minutes.

In the bowl of a blender combine bananas, cut into pieces, pour cream and add cane sugar.

Swollen gelatin with milk, put on a quiet fire and heat stirring to dissolve gelatin. For enough not more than 2 minutes. Blender to include a thin stream to enter in a banana cream ground in the gelatin solution. Beat another 2 minutes.
