Millet muffins with chocolate candies
Millet muffins with chocolate with brandy and red pepper. Savory cupcakes for the output, the Sabbath day.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flakes

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    75 g

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Margarine

    50 g

  • Candy

    4 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.125 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cooking

Prepare everything that will come in handy for cupcakes.

Whisk the egg yolks with sugar and salt, add the warm milk, stir and pour cereal wheat. allow to stand for 10-15 minutes to flakes swelled. I added the natural yoghurt, but not necessarily. Instead of milk can take yogurt or just sour milk.

Melt margarine and a thin stream, stirring constantly with a whisk added to the mixture.

Flour screened with baking powder through a sieve 1 spoon and combine well.

Take muffin tins. I have silicone, I simply wet. Poured half of the batter into the molds. Candy cut in half.

Put half of the candy into the dough. Sprinkle on top a little red chilli pepper.

Poured the remaining batter. Molds to pour 2/3, tons of muffins a good rise.

Put the cupcakes in the preheated oven until t 180 C for 15 minutes. Be guided by your oven. I have a brass shelf for small pastries for 15 years, bakes very well and quickly.

Gave the cupcakes to cool and remove them from the paper molds. The mortar broke the sugar to a powder and added a bit of cocoa powder. Through a sieve sprinkle them.
