Cooking
Wash the vegetables well. Bring to boil salted water, put the tentacles of the squid, reduce the heat and cook for about 15 minutes, until squid is tender. Drain and let slightly cool.
Remove tentacles from the skin.
Slice the tentacles of squid cubes.
In a bowl mix the garlic, squeezed through a press, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. All beat well with a fork, add the greens.
The warm tentacles of the squid to put in a plate and pour the cooked dressing. Mix well and leave aside for few minutes.
Chop the cucumber, tomatoes and onions.
To squid, then add the vegetables and herbs. Mix well.
