Mom gave me the Bunny, that could not decide what to do with it... scrolling through the many recipes... have made their innovations.. and it was very tasty!!!!Etulino thanks for the idea!!!))))))

Rabbit

Beer

Bay leaf
2 handful

Black pepper

Basil
1 coup
Cooking
1.Rabbit,cut into pieces. 1.1 Soak for a couple of hours,add 2 tablespoons of vinegar. 1.2 Change the water 2 times.
2.Pour into the pan vegetable oil, add all spices(pepper, Bay leaf, garlic added at the end!!!)and deep fried pieces of meat.
3.Cut onion into half rings, dice and add to the rabbit.There Basil.
4.Pour the beer and simmer about 45 minutes. Simmer while pouring a beer a few times.
5.Garnish and serve!!!!)))))
