Outdoor gooseberry tart
Tart summer pie.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Margarine

    25 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Gooseberry

    800 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    30 g

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Milk slightly warmed, dissolve yeast in it with 1 tsp of sugar.

Pour the flour slide, make it deeper and pour the milk.

Melt the margarine, add 2 tablespoons sugar, pinch of salt, 1 egg.
