Mussels in a creamy sauce and chicken in a creamy sauce on the potato pie
A very tasty dish. And, again, 2 to 1. But someone does not like mussels??? In the recipe surprise – offer the option with chicken

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Mussels

    300 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    150 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

Chop the dill and garlic

In a pan with a little vegetable oil add the garlic, then onion, fry it lightly, add the dill. Pour soy sauce

Chicken fillet finely chop. In another pan with vegetable oil put chicken, lightly fried

Chop the parsley and garlic, add in chicken fillet

In mussels, and chicken add 100 ml of cream. Salt and pepper to taste. In each pan until cooked

Peel the potatoes and cut into thin strips, dry on a paper towel

Sprinkle the potato starch sticks to it evenly over the potatoes. Beat 1 egg and quickly stir with potatoes
