Omelet
Today, so much to do in the evening that cook was no time, so quickly made here's a quick dinner. My husband said that is very tasty and nutritious. And the bright green color reminded of the coming spring.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Green onions

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Green olives

    10 piece

  • Dill

Cooking

Mushrooms cut and fry.

Ham cut into strips and add to mushrooms, fry a little.

Green onion chopped and sprinkled with a mixture of mushrooms and ham, fry a little.

Beat eggs with milk, season with salt and pepper.

Pour egg mixture of mushrooms, ham and onions, sprinkle the chopped olives (I took a few pieces).

Under the lid and bake on low heat until the egg thickens. It is better to bake in the oven, but I did on a gas burner.

Sprinkle with plenty of dill. Decorate with ketchup. I cooked in a pan for two, and is best done in a small pan portioned for one person.
