Muesli for Breakfast
At present, cereals are one of the best options for a healthy diet Breakfast. You can buy a ready mix in the store, but it is better to make muesli for Breakfast alone, the benefits will be greater.

  • Oat flakes

  • Flax seeds

  • Walnuts

  • Chocolate milk

To prepare muesli for Breakfast, I used oat flakes "Hercules" of traditional, whole grain TM "Mistral" and oat bran TM "Mistral".

Mix oat cereal "Hercules" TM "Mistral" and oat bran TM "Mistral", flax seeds, chopped walnuts in a large bowl.

Sugar, water, vanilla sugar, butter and spice mix in a separate bowl. Add the mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Put the cooked mixture on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in the oven for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Dates, finely chop and add to baked mixture. Bake another 20 minutes until the mixture is lightly browned.

The finished granola is completely cool, add the chocolate chips.

Muesli for Breakfast is ready. Store muesli in an airtight container.

Good muesli with natural yoghurt and berries. The Cup is to lay out in a thin layer of muesli for Breakfast, then a couple of spoons of natural yoghurt and a bit of any fruit (I have frozen cranberries and raspberries). Repeat the layers.
