Description
Tender rolls of puff pastry according to the recipe from the magazine "Cooking with confidence" with slight modifications for ease and speed of execution. A worthy replacement for pies.

Cooking
Finely chop the onion. Pour 1 tbsp oil with the canned food in the oil saute the onions (cook until soft).
With canned food (I had salmon) decant the oil. In the vessel mash the fish and mix it with the parsley (I had frozen), onions and mustard. This add the (optional) finely grated cheese. I did without cheese.
Roll out the pastry (I bought ready frozen) in a rectangle 50х20 cm, thickness about 0,3 cm, Put the stuffing in the form of a strip on one edge. The other side brush with the beaten egg.
Gently roll tube. Brush with egg, sprinkle poppy seeds and cut it into pieces with a width of 3-5 cm, I got 14 pieces.
Put on a greased baking sheet. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
