Rolls with salmon
Very tasty, look great on the holiday table! Decorate the rolls with caviar-it will be something!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salmon

    400 g

  • Salt

  • Dill

Precocious pancakes. Whisk the egg with sugar and salt,pour Rast. butter, milk and, stirring gradually, add flour. Add flour to make a thick dough. Add two pinches of finely chopped dill. Stir well.

On a hot griddle pour not a lot of dough, flatten to a circle with a spatula, fry with 2 sides.
