Fried vegetables with tofu - a dish for everyone, not only for Fasting...

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    1 piece

  • Cauliflower

    300 g

  • Broccoli

    300 g

  • Peas

    120 g

  • Tofu

    400 g

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • A mixture of spices

    5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

Cooking

Tofu cut into pieces 1х1см, add spice mixture and leave for an hour. I had a ready-made spice mixture to the wok.

for cooking, I took half the norm products for 3 servings

All the ingredients fry for 1 minute: first, tofu with spices, then onion rings (I have a leek)

carrots-thin slices, add the cauliflower and broccoli in small bouquets,

then turn the sugar peas and bell pepper-thin strips (preferably red paprika is beautiful). All salt to taste, mix well so all vegetables are evenly roasted. After 10 minutes from start frying off the stove, add lemon juice. close the lid and leave on the stove for 5 minutes.

In the original vegetables are served with sauce "Satay", but, in the absence of peanut butter for the sauce, I put soy sauce. And it was also delicious! Vegetables should be slightly crackled, must be bissfest, as they say here... Try: minimum time - maximum benefit!
