Rye crackers
My next healthy recipe for the New year. We must remember that still post, so I suggest lean rye crackers, which resemble a crust of bread. Can be used for knaperek to do on top of any sauce or just with caviar to eat. Recipe borrowed from Irina Kutovoy.

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Water

    100 ml

I must say that doing half a serving. Rye and wheat sift flour, add baking powder, salt, sugar and vegetable oil.

Pour water on a teaspoon and knead elastic dough, it will slightly crumble when rolling out.

Roll out the dough and arbitrarily squeeze the slices (or cut into stripes).

The baking mode - 200-220 deg. 10-12 minutes. Before baking you can sprinkle with nuts or poppy seeds for decoration.
