Cooking
In a bowl, mix the yeast, warm water and sugar, cover, leave for 10-15 minutes to blisters.
In the dough add both sifted flour, salt, cumin, coriander, pour in the oil.
Then mix with a mixer with attachments-hooks. The dough will be watery, hands better not to knead, mix hooks, until you get mixed up homogeneous dough.
Shift the dough in greased with vegetable oil form, cover and put in heat for 1 hour.
When the dough is ready, once press down and leave for another 30 minutes.
In a preheated oven put the form of bread, trying not to shake, bake 30-35 minutes until tender.
