Peanut sauce with wild garlic
The sauce on the motives of the pesto. A great accent when serving fish, meat and vegetable dishes.

Ingredients

  • Ramsons

    3 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    3 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

For the sauce you will need garlic, olive oil and any nuts.

Today I decided to cook the sauce with almonds and Parmesan. Nuts lightly fry in a pan without adding oil and grind any convenient for You way. I did it using a rolling pin.

Wild garlic finely chopped and crushed with salt in a mortar.

Salt is used sparingly, as the cheese is quite salty.

Add chopped nuts and again thoroughly crushed.

Pour olive oil /with it, You can adjust the density of the sauce/, pour the grated Parmesan, mix well.

The sauce is ready. Today I decided to submit it with tomatoes, mozzarella and cream of balsamic vinegar.
