Cookies made from corn flour with raisins
Crumbly biscuits made of corn flour with raisins is a lovely cakes for those who are on a gluten-free diet and not only.

Ingredients

  • Honey

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Corn flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Flour flax

    1 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    0.25 cup

  • Cinnamon

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Prepare all the ingredients. Instead of Flaxseed meal, I have the flax cereal.

In a bowl add the honey (if honey is sugar, first melt it in a water bath) and mix with vegetable oil (I used olive).

Add the raisins and cinnamon.

To the mixture add the egg, slaked soda and mix everything thoroughly.

Add both types of flour and knead the dough. It turns out sticky, but crumbly.

On a sheet of parchment, spread the batter with a spoon to form the cookies. You can wet hands to form cookies and place on a baking sheet (whatever you like). Put in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.

In the process of baking, after 10 minutes, I turn to cookies, but this is due to the nature of my oven, so in the photo they I have double-sided toasty. Turns 14-16 stuff. Bon appetit.
