Description
Offer marmalade sauce for pancakes or oladushki for the sweet tooth, which is prepared very simply and quickly, and it turns out very tasty and quite sweet.

Cooking
To prepare the sauce, I used the marmalade from berries meats.
In a saucepan pour 200 ml. of water, bring to the boil and add the marmalade.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a whisk, to dissolve the marmalade. I it took about 7 minutes.
100 ml. cold water sift the starch, mix well.
A thin stream pour the diluted starch into the jelly water, stirring constantly with a whisk and boil for 2 minutes. The sauce should not be much to thicken, and when it cools down it will become thicker.
While the sauce cools, cook the pancakes using vegetable oil-Oleina.
