Fish baked in sour cream sauce with buckwheat
This recipe I found on some website, and since my family loves the fish and the buckwheat, I decided to cook. As I expected, it was very tasty

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

The fish is cleaned, cut into portions

And roll in flour (the flour pre-season with salt and pepper). Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.

On a greased baking pan buckwheat (pre-boil in salted water), put the fish, put small pieces of butter on buckwheat,

Pour on top of cream sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese

For sour cream sauce: sour cream begins to boil add fried in a pan with the flour and onion, pressed garlic, salt, pepper

Bake in the oven until Golden brown at 210*C sprinkle with chopped greens. Bon appetit!
