Cooking
To cut the breast into fillets
(you can also use a ready-made fillet),
Add the garlic, passed through a press, salt, spices and herbs
Stir eggs, Add mayonnaise and 3 tablespoons of boiling water Pour this mixture in the chicken and let stand for 1-2 hours
Grate on a medium grater carrots and cheese
Mix the carrots with the chicken and put in a baking dish,
Since I use glass form, it must be put in a cold oven, set the temperature to 250 degrees, after heating the oven to bake for 60-80 minutes if you use iron forms, then you can put in a heated oven, cover the top with foil (for formation of a ruddy crust for 10 minutes until cooked remove the foil).
