Custard pancakes with pumpkin mousse
Extremely tender and tasty mousse pumpkin will be a wonderful addition to our mouth-watering pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin

    150 g

  • Juice

    300 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Yogurt, 1/2 Cup flour, egg, sugar, salt, soda mix in a homogeneous mass.

Boil the milk and pour in the kefir mass, stirring with a whisk, add another 1/2st. flour, mix well.

Add 2st. L. vegetable oil "Oleina".

Grease the pan with vegetable oil "Oleyna" and bake pancakes.

Prepare mousse - pumpkin cut into cubes and pour in 100ml of pineapple juice, cook for 10-15 minutes until soft. Grind with liquid blender to smooth puree.

200 ml pineapple juice add sugar and semolina and cook after boiling, stirring, 2-3 minutes.

Combine the two masses, cool and beat with a mixer to increase in volume 2 times 10 minutes. Cool.

Hot pancakes served with air pumpkin mousse.
