Description

Soufflé with cream liqueur
Souffle - fluffy, airy cake. I offer the option soufflé "adult" :)

Ingredients

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.125 tsp

  • Milk

    0.75 cup

  • Sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Liqueur

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

Cooking

Melt the butter, add the flour and salt

Stirring constantly, pour a thin stream of milk

Add sugar and cook until thick

With a whisk beat the egg yolks and add to hot mixture, stirring constantly

Add the liqueur and put the mixture in the fridge for 15 min.

Beat egg whites until the formation of a light foam (not as dry as meringue)

Pour the whites into the mixture and stir

Pour the mixture into the form, greased and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Bake in preheated to 175 degrees oven for about 35 min.
