Chicken with curry and vegetables
Tender fragrant chicken with your favorite vegetables. Very quickly prepared.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    600 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Parsley

  • Spices

  • Salt

Chicken legs salt, pepper, add curry (2 tsp. spoons), a little paprika and ground black pepper, press out the garlic. All mix well and leave for half an hour, so the chicken soaked with aromas of spices.

Wash, peel and cut vegetables: carrots and pepper strips, onion – diced.

Chicken fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown 10-15 minutes.

Add the vegetables, stir fry for 5 minutes, then cover with a lid and simmer for another 15-20 minutes (until tender).

When the vegetables are almost ready, add the diced tomato and leave under the lid for another 3 minutes.
