Cutlets of salmon
These cutlets I made following the recipe from the magazine "Matter of taste". In principle, there's nothing new and unusual, except for the fish. From the salmon fillet before I didn't make meatballs, only fried in a pan or cooking it with vegetables in the oven, and therefore drew attention to this recipe. I kind of liked the burgers, maybe. and someone of you is also interested in such an option.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    600 g

  • Onion

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Pepper white

  • Bread crumbs

  • Parsley

Cooking

Wash, cut the salmon pieces, finely chop the onion, parsley and soaked in milk muffin.
