Tomato sauce
Borrowed this recipe from "planet of taste" that goes on the TV channel "My planet". Prepared and do not regret it :) you Can grind the prepared mixture in the sauce and you can eat and how vegetable stew)

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Olive oil

    40 g

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Basil

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Allspice

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Refined sugar

    3 Tbsp

The ingredients we'll need: olive oil (sunflower), butter, salt, pepper, sugar, celery, fresh Basil and dried garlic (cloves), herbs, carrots, tomatoes (fresh and canned), bell pepper, onion.

We will prepare all products: cut finely the celery, bell peppers, herbs and tomatoes. Will Nachinaem onion, peel the garlic

Will Nachinaem carrots (I had frozen) and open a jar of canned tomatoes.

Passeruem in a pan onion on the mixture of butter and olive oil until Golden brown. Add the celery and bell pepper, saute a bit to soften.

Add carrots, tomatoes and garlic. Stir and simmer 10 min.

Add canned tomatoes, Basil leaf and a pinch of dried, herbs, salt, sugar and pepper to taste. Simmer until tender (yet not turn to mush).

Let it cool and put in blender (you can use a submersible or even eat them), grind them.
