Carrot filling for savoury pie
My great-grandmother was a true Russian mistress baking a variety of pies. One of my favorite cake with carrot filling, which you liked even for those who can't stand boiled and fried carrots. Grandma always baked a cake with carrot butter from unsweetened yeast dough, and I make this stuffing pies out of dough, which is available at the moment, but still rich yeast - out of competition.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    0.5 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    100 ml

  • Lemon

  • Yeast dough

  • Sour cream

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Saute onions...

add the prepared carrots...

add the butter...

add eggs, cream and stew until evaporation of excess liquid, season with salt and pepper. A little grated zest to add to prepared stuffing and stir.
