Any casserole - a win-win, and this is even more so. Mushrooms and liver in sour cream, with potatoes in cheese coat.

So. Clean and cut mushrooms, onions. Fry in Rast. oil.
Add the chicken livers.
A little protrusive, put the flour (1 tbsp), salt, pepper and sour cream. All simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Boil the potatoes and in the form put layers: potatoes,
liver, potatoes.
Top three cheese, sprinkle with herbs and in the oven for 10 minutes.
