Gently spread with a spoon (small amounts) half of the cheese mass, flatten
Repeat a layer of sour dough. chetvertyi layer of cheese, very carefully spread and leveled
Bake in a preheated 170S oven until tender (about 2 hours, maybe a little more), on the second level from the bottom. When the top gets too brown, gently cover top of cake with foil to not burnt and continue baking.
The cake is ready when it becomes elastic and when you press your finger takes its original shape (to match the dough may stick, as in many pie cottage cheese filling)
The finished cake carefully remove from the mold, cut into pieces..and Bon APPETIT! :) PS If the cake cool slightly, then layers are clearly visible :)...but wait until the pie cools down very hard..as there is such a fragrance...
