Rabbit in sour cream
I decided to offer the option of cooking a hare. Meat from wild hare is quite hard, and if he is still old, you'd have to Tinker with the marinating to get delicious, soft, juicy meat. I have tried many ways of cooking and stopped there.

Ingredients

  • Hare

    1200 g

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Vinegar

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Water

    600 ml

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare marinade:in water, add vinegar,pepper,Bay leaf,salt,sugar,vegetable oil.

Pour meat marinade,add onion,cut into rings and put in the cold for 12-15 hours!!!

Samaraneftegas put a rabbit on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 40minut.

Take out,grease with the sour cream and set for another 15 minutes.

Serves as independently and with any side dish,pouring the resulting sauce. Yummy!
