Ingredients

  • Offal

    500 g

  • Leg

    2 piece

  • Knuckle

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

  • Garlic

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

Products for jelly wash well and then boil it. Water pour enough to just have hidden meat products. Salt. put the onion and peeled carrots

Bring contents to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer cook for 3-4 hours until the meat separates from the bone. At the end of cooking add the Bay leaf.
