Khinkal
I want to share with you this recipe. It is our national Caucasian cuisine.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Nuts

    10 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

My meat and put in the pan, when a boil - remove the foam. While the meat is cooking, knead fresh dough and allow it to infuse.

Cut our dough into small squares (this spec. with a knife, it is possible and normal). Our dough is thrown into the pot for 7 minutes.
