Ingredients

Cooking
Cook dense semolina in the milk with a pinch of salt.
Remove from heat, add the egg yolk and stir.
Add sugar (I took about 1/2 Cup), vanilla sugar, cinnamon
.. and whisk. When slightly cooled, add a little beaten egg white and beat all together for another 5-7 minutes.
The form of grease with margarine or butter and sprinkle with semolina or breadcrumbs.
Spread to form a layer of semolina - a layer of fruit layer of semolina, etc. the Latter should be a layer of semolina. If fruit is very juicy (like my cherry :)) - dusted with starch.
On top lightly grease with butter and put in hot oven for 20-30 minutes.
Overturn on a dish and decorate as desired. And you can just pour the jam or sour cream :)
