Fry the fishcakes in vegetable oil
In mashed potatoes add spices to your taste, 2-3 eggs, flour and mix well
The plastic spoon to put a portion of mash to the pellet, middle - thinner edge - thicker
In the middle put a fish stick and blind a "cake". Can be rolled, helping with cellophane or hands, but hands are wetted with water or flour to the "dough" doesn't stick
"Cake", roll in breadcrumbs or flour. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides. Serve hot, top with sauce (to your taste). We ate with mayonnaise.
