Pancakes with Turkey liver and onions
Hearty pancakes with Turkey liver. Once upon a time, first eating the pancakes with the liver on Shrove Tuesday. These pancakes do sometimes for their home. Basically, eat with sour cream.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    800 g

  • Buttermilk

    1 l

  • Liver Turkey

    250 g

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Roots

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

  • Pepper Cayenne

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking
