Hearty pancakes with Turkey liver. Once upon a time, first eating the pancakes with the liver on Shrove Tuesday. These pancakes do sometimes for their home. Basically, eat with sour cream.

Cooking
To boiled until soft liver added the peeled and sliced onions.
Broke two eggs into a bowl and squeezed from a bag thick cream.
