Roll
Meatloaf comes out tender, moderately sweet, with chunks of juicy pineapple! Time to prepare is not a lot. Good for home drinking tea with relatives.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Potato starch

    25 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Coconut milk

    250 ml

  • Pineapple

    0.5 cup

  • Syrup pineapple

    6 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Condensed milk

  • Coconut shavings

Cooking

Gelatin soak for 20 minutes in the pineapple syrup at room temperature.

Mix cottage cheese, coconut milk, lemon juice, pineapple and 3 table. sugars. Dissolve gelatin over low heat or in the microwave (to boil not to bring).

Mix 2 tablespoons "coconut cheese" with dissolved and cooled to room temperature, the gelatin and then stir to the main curd mass. Refrigerate for 10-20 minutes until cream starts to gilyovtsa.

Evenly spread the dough, bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-13 minutes. I have a silicone baking dish (29 x 23 cm) with parchment paper so I didn't lined. Kitchen towel, moisten with water and sprinkle with sugar. Remove from the oven biscuit and tilt it on a towel. Using kitchen towel, roll the cake into a roll. I got two small rolls.
