Meatloaf comes out tender, moderately sweet, with chunks of juicy pineapple! Time to prepare is not a lot. Good for home drinking tea with relatives.

Cooking
Gelatin soak for 20 minutes in the pineapple syrup at room temperature.
Mix cottage cheese, coconut milk, lemon juice, pineapple and 3 table. sugars. Dissolve gelatin over low heat or in the microwave (to boil not to bring).
