Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Buckwheat flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    900 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Potatoes

  • Mushrooms

  • Butter

  • Water

Beat the eggs in a light foam.

Add a serving of buckwheat flour (1 tbsp.)

Add sugar (2 tablespoons) and salt (2 teaspoons).

Add milk (900 ml). Gradually, portions add the flour. The mixture is well beaten.

The pancake batter is ready. Bake as usual pancakes.

Prepare the filling for pancakes. Boil potatoes in salted water. After cooking to drain all the water! Potatoes blend.

Milk to boil, add a piece of butter. Boiled milk with butter, add to mashed potatoes.
