The harvest this year was a great success, lots of apples, and throw a pity. Because cant home different variations on the theme of Apple pies and this is one of them. Delicious, sweet, with milk updatesa all good!

Cooking
Prepare all the necessary ingredients
Whisk 110 g of butter room temperature (i.e. it should be soft), 150 g of sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla sugar
One by one add eggs, and whisk.
Then add 200 g flour and 1 tsp baking powder, knead the dough the Dough should get not liquid and not too thick ( consistency is like soft butter).
Next, distribute the dough ( I took the shape of 24 cm), clear the apples from the skin and bones, cut as you like and spread on the dough (don't press the apples into the dough).
Mix 1 tbsp cinnamon and 1 tsp sugar, sprinkle our cake ( I also put on cake a few blackberries)
Put pie in preheated to 180 degrees oven for about 40 minutes, Not forgetting to follow our pie :) Get our creation from the oven, wait until podstine and enjoy :) the Finished cake, I lightly watered the top with honey.
