Cooking
Peel the potatoes chop coarsely, rinse with cold water, leave in water for 10min. Dry with a paper towel and fry in skillet in hot oil until light brown. Put in a bowl.
In the same pan, fry zucchini with rice flour before lightly Browning. Zucchini I don't clean completely, leaving some green, cut into medium-sized pieces.
