Chicken in Thai
Chicken breast itself often turns out dry, but for this recipe it is always juicy, spicy and very fragrant. A chicken we tried in Phuket, where the rest of the whole family and even my husband and I celebrated the wedding according to local customs.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Cashews

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

Cooking

Chile and garlic finely chop.

Fry in olive oil.

Shallots cut into half rings, sweet pepper cubes, add to the pan. Fry.

Chicken breast cut into cubes.

Roll in flour.

Add to the pan. All fry for 1-2 minutes, then add water and put out all.

Add the soy sauce. I use light soy sauce TM Cccamp.

Add the cashews. Fry all for 5 minutes.

Serve with green onions.
