Rice-cheese biscuits
Tasty savoury rice-cheese biscuits. Perfect for a Cup of tea and coffee.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Mac

  • Flour

    1 cup

The Jasmine rice boil until tender in lightly salted water.

To give the rice to cool, remove the rice from a bag into a bowl, add grated cheese.

Add salt, freshly ground black pepper. Add the egg, sour cream and sifted flour.

Knead the dough. Roll out the dough on sprinkled with flour to a thickness of about 5 mm. to Lubricate the surface of the dough with egg yolk, sprinkle with poppy seeds. Slice dough with a sharp knife lengthwise into 3 parts.

Cut each piece of dough into small strips, spread on oiled baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes.
