Description
This recipe found a long time ago, liked the simplicity and availability of ingredients. Also available in cheese and add different fillings, this time I took apricots (instead of apricot, you can add zest of lemon, orange, vanilla, etc.). Very tasty, not sugary-sweet pie!

Cooking
200 grams of butter to pre-freeze. Then grate on a coarse grater, to add 0.5 cups of sugar and soda slaked vinegar, stir thoroughly.

To the cream cheese add the eggs and 0.5 cups of sugar, mix well, reduce large lumps.
Apricots grind to a fine grater or through a sieve (in the blender)
Add mashed apricots to the cream cheese, mix gently
Form of grease with butter, a little flour
Spread half of the batter into the form
Sprinkle with the remaining batter and put into a preheated 180 gr. the oven. Bake 35-40 min.
