Description
The cake is a posted cakes with filling and drenched in a sweet, light, delicate, almost diet yogurt souffle from homemade yoghurt, cooked with dry yeast. Decorated cake with profiteroles, lined slide and glued with melted chocolate. This dessert comes out tender, delicious and just melts in your mouth.

Cooking
Prepare the chocolate yogurt. Cooked very simply "Just add water". Mix the dry yeast with water and put in a warm place 35-40* for 6-10 hours. I put in yogurt maker thermos.
Still make the vanilla yoghurt in the same way.
Prepare the profiteroles. Water, salt, and butter bring to a boil.

Pour in finished yogurt, and whisk for 20 min.
It turns out lush, firm, dense mass.
Spread part of cream in a ring (diameter 36 cm). Arrange profiteroles with chocolate - yogurt filling. Then the cream, a layer of profiteroles and cream.
The third layer of profiteroles, pour melted chocolate.
